This is the series of my abstract oil on canvas paintings. I was interested in making  totally abstract, balanced compositions using geometrical elements. Those elements are actually leftovers I had from my previous still life collage collection I did a few years ago. I came up with the idea that I could use them and make completely new pieces. My job was to organize the elements and make the best composition I could, keeping mind of the shapes and colour combinations. This was the first time that I was interested in pure estetics and that I wasn't attached to specific subject and nature, but I used my experience from previous works – object organising from still life collages and also colorism and combining freedom from the landscape drawings. Simple shapes, spontaneously cut, received new life and role and “mistakes” from the cutting gave the composition dynamic and freshness.
